Two kittens who share a strong bond have been inseparable ever since they were rescued together from the streets. Recently, a shelter in Montreal contacted Chatons Orphelins Montréal for assistance with these two feline friends in need.
In the beginning of the month, some rescuers went to find a stray cat who had been hurt in a car accident. To their surprise, they not only found the injured cat but also discovered her two tiny kittens.
The little sibling cats were sticking closely together, refusing to be separated. They had the cutest markings on their chins that made them look like they were always smiling.
Unable to abandon the kittens, the rescuers picked them up and took them to a safe place.
When the mother cat needed urgent surgery at the vet to save her life, her kittens were taken to Chatons Orphelins Montréal. There, they began socializing in a caring foster home. The rescue organization, Love Meow, reported that the kittens were given medication for worms, but were overall healthy and doing well.
The homeless cat had done a fantastic job caring for her kittens, ensuring they were well-fed and healthy before being rescued. Once they were taken in by a foster family, they quickly adapted to their new life as indoor pets. Initially, the kittens were cautious and inseparable, seeking comfort in each other’s presence. However, it wasn’t long before they became more comfortable with their human companions and started exploring every nook and cranny of their new home with curiosity and excitement.
Babett and Tapeo, the two adorable kittens, are inseparable as they roam around the house together. They are like little shadows, mirroring each other’s actions – if one starts playing, the other is quick to join in on the fun.
The rescue organization that took them in says that these playful furballs are fascinated by feather toys and are always on the lookout for new things to explore and play with. The mere sight of a feather wand is enough to make them come running towards it in excitement.
When the dynamic duo is not busy exploring, they can be found snuggled up together, exchanging grooming sessions and sharing moments of pure blissful contentment.
The kittens have flourished in size, self-assurance, and love in recent weeks. They enjoy being near their owners, making sure that whenever they want some love or cuddles, their humans are there for them. “When you glance their way, they immediately start purring. They’ll come right up to you for snuggles while their purr engines rev up.”
Tapeo, the energetic little brother, is always eager to be where the action is. He loves to cuddle up with his sister and refuses to be left out. On the other hand, Babett, the gentle and composed sister, complements his vibrant energy perfectly. They are truly inseparable, always sticking together like glue. If Babett decides to snuggle on the sofa, you can guarantee that her brother will be right there beside her in no time. Their bond is unbreakable and they make an unbeatable team.
The mother cat is back on her paws and loving all the pampering as the star of the show. She’s relieved to never have to go through childbirth again and is settling into her cozy and secure home.
After spending a couple of months in a foster home, the cat siblings finally found their perfect match with a loving family. They were adopted together and will live happily ever after, never to be separated.
“They are peacefully resting in their new abode tonight, living out a long-awaited fantasy!” Babett and Tapeo spend their days together engaging in playful antics like wrestling and chasing each other, ending each day by cuddling up before falling asleep.
