The small dog couldn’t contain its excitement as loved ones gathered to honor and cherish its special day.

Odin is a small dog with adorable little paws, ears, and a wagging tiny tail that expresses his happiness. Despite his small size, Odin has a big presence in the lives of Joyce Cetina and her family, who now call Mexico their home. Since being welcomed into their family three years ago, Odin has filled their days with love and affection.

In an interview with The Dodo, Joyce shared, “He is a loyal companion who loves to cuddle and play.” Odin’s presence in their lives has brought joy and happiness, making him an irreplaceable member of their family.

With Odin’s birthday fast approaching, the Cetina family decided to pull out all the stops to celebrate their beloved furry friend. They threw a surprise party to show their appreciation for him, going the extra mile to make him feel special. Odin was completely taken aback and touched by their gesture, especially when they presented him with a dog-friendly cake that they had lovingly decorated just for him. The joyous surprise left Odin feeling truly cherished and loved.

“At first, he was a bit confused. He had no clue what was happening,” Joyce mentioned. “But then he realized that everyone was looking at him, and the cake was meant for him. He was absolutely thrilled.”
And what is a birthday celebration without a round of the classic happy birthday song? Odin’s celebration was no different.

“Odin thoroughly enjoyed it,” Joyce commented. Following that, Odin received additional gifts that he also enjoyed. Joyce emphasized, “But most importantly, he cherished every kiss and cuddle he received.”

Odin and the other small pups definitely deserve the best treatment. Even though it was Odin’s special day (the day his family adopted him), his family believes that they have truly been blessed with the greatest gift of all.

“Odin is definitely treated like royalty all year round,” Joyce shared. “But today is extra special because it marks the anniversary of the day he became a part of our family. He brings us so much happiness.”
