Sandra Coudray stumbled upon an image of Jasmine, a blind chimera cat, on the Association Adoption Felie Facebook page and was immediately smitten by her. Despite being severely malnourished and frightened of humans, Jasmine quickly learned to place her trust in them with just a little love. The beautiful calico cat is now inseparable from her human mom and adores cuddles and kisses. For Coudray, Jasmine’s story hits particularly close to home because she had previously cared for a cat who had gone blind with age. Although Coudray had to leave Jasmine in the care of her brother while she visited her family in Normandy, the devoted cat waited for her on her bed every day. Now, Coudray and her family cannot fathom their lives without Jasmine and the joy and love she brings them each day.
The poor feline, who was not doing well, was taken to an animal rescue center for medical attention and aid.
Coudray claims that he fell in love with Jasmine as soon as he spotted her on Facebook.
During my encounter with the foster family, they disclosed that the particular feline under consideration had a visual disability. Nevertheless, I personally find her to be just as extraordinary as any other cat.
The moment my eyes met hers, I was sure that she belonged with me for life. My determination to adopt her was largely driven by my past encounter with a geriatric feline who had gone blind.
It’s conceivable that the lack of proper nutrition could have led to her loss of vision, which consequently resulted in her becoming apprehensive of human beings and other creatures.
Jasmine is a lovely pet who loves receiving affectionate gestures like kisses and cuddles. She has formed a close attachment with her human companion, Coudray.
During my recent trip to Normandy, I took some time to reconnect with my loved ones. Meanwhile, I entrusted my partner to the care of my capable brother.
On a daily basis, my furry companion would calmly occupy the spot on my bed, eagerly anticipating my return home.
Our bond has grown so strong that we cannot imagine life without her. The joy and love she brings into our world is priceless and we cherish every moment we spend together.
