Wildlife photographer George Turner recently had the rare opportunity to capture images of this elusive creature, which may be one of a kind in the world. Unlike other servals with spotted coats, this particular serval boasts a deep black hue that resembles the legendary black cat found in African folklore. Turner spotted the black serval in the Namirri Plains of Tanzania and was mesmerized by its captivating beauty.
