The Dog Rescue Shelter is a non-profit and non-governmental organization registered in Serbia. Their animal shelter located in Mladenovac is the biggest no-kill shelter in the area. Recently, they were informed about a thin and ill dog wandering around the streets through a phone call and a photo.
The young boy is currently experiencing two illnesses, Bbesiosis and Demodicosis. At the tender age of one, he is enduring these medical conditions.
The team in charge of rescuing him brought him to their veterinary clinic, where he received treatment and care for a full week. Thankfully, he started to regain his appetite soon after.
Hopi has made a speedy recovery and is now back to his joyful and content self. The best part of his recent days has been spending time with his new family and finding a permanent place to call home filled with love and affection.
Hopi is now living his best life with his new family, basking in the warmth of a loving home. I hold the utmost gratitude towards this wonderful family.
