This was the situation for a young white Husky found in Santa Monica, California. Constantly tied up and subjected to mistreatment by homeless individuals, this brave six-month-old pup kept his spirits up, hoping for a kind soul to rescue him.

A true ray of sunshine, Buckley’s presence brightened the days of both the employees and volunteers at the center.
Love Leo Rescue was able to quickly find Buckley a foster home, allowing him to begin a new chapter in his life. His journey towards a fresh start had finally begun.
When Angela came across Buckley’s heartbreaking story on the streets of Santa Monica, California, she knew she had to step in and become his foster mom. The connection between them was instant, and Buckley quickly adjusted to his new life with his foster family.
