If you’ve ever been lucky enough to have a cat in your life, you’ll understand that despite their bossy nature, they can also be incredibly kind and caring. Cats will go out of their way to comfort and show affection to their friends, whether they are human or another animal. Even the most independent felines have a gentle side that they show when needed.
Get ready to be amazed by the heartwarming tale of Stitch, a rescued kitten who now looks after other animals in need. Stitch and her littermates were abandoned in a warehouse last December and were luckily discovered by a factory worker who contacted Edgar’s Mission Sanctuary in Australia.

Stitch and her family were found hiding under a forklift in a warehouse, a seemingly safe spot chosen by their mama cat. However, Edgar’s mission came to the rescue and provided the little family with a new sanctuary home where they are safe and sound.
Among the rescued animals was Stitch, a beautiful cat who has since brought comfort and love to many other neglected animals. Despite ongoing medical treatment for an eye condition, Stitch has taken on the role of an unofficial “vet nurse” at the sanctuary, offering plenty of kisses to those in need. Described as one of the sweetest and kindest creatures you could ever meet, Stitch has charmed her human caregivers with her gentle demeanor.
Her endearing pose, dubbed her “best Cheshire cat impersonation,” never fails to bring joy and laughter to those around her. The sight of Stitch in this pose has left her caregivers “in stitches” every time they see it.

She spends her mornings focusing on her children’s well-being.
Stitch always remains loyal to those she cares about the most.
