“Winter antics: A man’s playful attempt to play catch with his bulldog Lacey in the snow ends in a comical twist”

This dog isn’t exactly in a rush to play in the snow! Lacey, a bulldog from Surrey, Canada, wasn’t too thrilled about chasing after a snowball after a recent snowstorm. Her owner, Adam Lowe, tried to get her excited about the game, but Lacey only managed to make a half-hearted attempt before giving up.

Don't look so enthusiastic! Adam Lowe tried to get his dog Lacey interested in a game of fetch over a snowball

Adam Lowe attempted to pique his dog Lacey’s interest in playing fetch with a snowball, but she didn’t seem too thrilled about it.

Lowe could be heard saying 'Whats that? Hey Lacey, what's that?' before launching the snow ball into the air and telling her to fetch

Lowe exclaimed, “What’s that over there? Hey, Lacey, come check it out!” as he threw the snowball in the air and playfully told her to go get it.

Lacey, who was engulfed in snow, made it about two steps forward

She decided to turn back around

Lacey found herself surrounded by a blanket of snow, but after just a couple of steps forward, she decided to head back. Across British Columbia, multiple schools were shut down due to heavy snowfall, with some areas receiving more than two feet of snow over the weekend. In Surrey, located around 22 miles southeast of Vancouver, Adam Lowe took his cherished bulldog for a stroll in the freshly fallen snow. Lowe captured the moment in a brief video shared on YouTube, where he can be seen trying to pique Lacey’s interest in a snowball. With a playful tone, Lowe can be heard asking, ‘What’s that, Lacey? Come on, let’s go get it!’ as he tosses the snowball into the air for her to fetch. Despite being buried in snow, Lacey managed just a couple of steps before deciding to head back.

Lowe tried again and threw another snowball a few feet away, before Lacey made a second attempt

Lowe made another attempt, tossing a snowball a short distance away, and then Lacey followed suit with her own throw.

She fared better the second time around, and hopped along before she decided she had enough

On her second try, she did much better, hopping along before deciding to call it quits and retracing her steps on the snow-covered trail she had created. Lowe made another attempt, tossing a snowball a short distance away, prompting Lacey to try again. Lacey improved on her second go, jumping around before deciding to head back along the path she had already made. Later in the week, Lowe shared another video of Lacey playfully rolling in the snow, eventually finding herself stuck on her back in a cute snowy mishap.
