A homeless mother dog was found lying motionless in a small ditch.
The GoGo Rescue channel received a distress call about a dog in critical condition on the street. The situation was bleak when they arrived on the scene.
At first glance, they thought her enlarged stomach was a huge growth, but it turned out to be something else.
They rushed her to the animal hospital. The ultrasound revealed that she is carrying two puppies in her belly. In pain and struggling to hold on, she was fighting to stay alive for her little ones.
The mama dog needed surgery right away. Even though the operation went well, only one puppy was saved. The mother dog is still recovering and receiving treatment at the vet, while the puppy is being looked after and fed with milk.
